Mind, Body, Matrescence: a virtual support group

Join us for our new 4-week series Mind, Body, Matrescence. Our first group will be led by full-spectrum doula and fertility coach, Rhiannon Langford. 

Together, we will explore how stress affects the body & our ability to cope, and regaining control through mindfulness exercises and gentle movement. Each week will have a specific theme surrounding the mind body connection. Our goal is to help equip nature’s frontline workers - parents - with the tools to handle stress and uncertainty, as well as provide a community through this isolating period. 

This group is a brave space for anyone on the journey to parenthood (matrescence). Transgender men, non-binary & AFAB are very welcome to join.

When: Our first group will take place online (over Zoom) on Wednesday evenings at 8:15, starting on June 3rd, 2020.

Please note that when you enrol, it is for the entire 4-week period. Should you need to miss a session, you will be able to access a password-protected live replay. However, it will not be downloadable.
