my passion is taking the overwhelm out of the journey to parenthood, and make you feel nourished instead.
My career began working all over the world with in the non-profit sector, trying to find myself and make a difference along the way. While working on a maternal mental health program with the BBC, my eyes were opened to how hard moms have it. I was livid as I read through these stories, hearing how all these people went through birth trauma, or medical mistreatment, or had no support after leaving the hospital. This was something that I needed to change.
Since then I’ve devoted my life to helping parents take back their power. I went on to study Bioethics at Columbia University, focusing on birth justice and maternal rights, as well as trained through various doula organizations. I am obsessed with learning how to best support my families, training in Ayurvedic postpartum care, nutritional healing, lactation support, and aromatherapy. I’m all about mixing traditional wisdom with up-to-date research to give you all the options available.
