That’s where childbirth education comes in. Whether you’re brand new to this, or are just looking for a refresher, I offer in-home and virtual education options at your convenience. All classes are one-on-one and scheduled at your convenience. However you plan on welcoming your little one into the world, I want you to feel empowered and confident about the choices you make.

Learn all about the physiology of labour + what to expect every step of the way. We’ll go over some tips from pregnancy, positions to labour effectively, and what your options are for comfort measures/interventions.

Welcoming your little one to the world as a belly birth? Learn what your options are for designing a family-centred c-section plan that you can bring to your care team. We will also go through what the expect in the operating room and in recovery.


1.5 Hours - $45

This is your crash course in all things baby. How long should they sleep for? How do I change a diaper? What does feeding look like? How do I swaddle? No question is too silly - we will discuss all aspects of looking after a newborn using evidence-based research for infant development.

2 hours - $60
