Having trained in traditional healing and Ayurvedic nutrition, I provide nourishing meals and medicinal elixirs for new families designed to help heal, rebuild strength, and pamper.
Our healing foods combine traditional wisdoms and modern nutrition. While specifically designed for postpartum healing, the food can often be enjoyed by everyone in the family. We use the highest quality of ingredients, are organic when possible, and are refined-sugar free. Sustainability is also of key importance, as we support local farmers, and are low-waste with our packaging.
While you do the work of looking after a new human, let us do the work of looking after you.
I arrive to your home with ingredients in tow to make batch cook warm, nourishing meals. Each dish makes 4+ servings. We will discuss the recipes over the phone in advance that are most appealing to you. Food can be prepped before baby arrives and frozen, or after baby’s born and kept in fridge. Please make space to store items.
